prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. All applicable taxes apply. A
form will be provided for out-of-country residents to claim refund
of 6% GST.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is our cancellation policy?
A
full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if
you cancel 90 days in advance, and if less than 90 days, a refund,
minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if the property
is rebooked.
- Do you require a damage deposit?
A
damage deposit of 10% of the rental fee will be charged. This
deposit will be returned after inspection of the property.
- When is the balance due?
The
balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
