Located on Pickering Road, in Seaview, Prince Edward Island, our custom built chalet has quality contents and a superior location. We are only 15 minutes from Cavendish attractions, fresh shellfish and golf courses all around. One can beachcomb all day, and build a campfire on the beach at night.

Facilities:

The Chalet is approximately 1500 sq. ft with a 588 sq. ft. wrap around deck. The deck provides an amazing view of the ocean, and provides a 6 man hot tub for you to enjoy as well.

Upstairs off the master bedroom is a 4' x 19' deck with an overhang. Sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, or lay in bed and enjoy the sights and sounds of the tides as they come in. One can enjoy the Gulf of St. Lawrence, no matter what the weather.

• Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, two 4 piece Baths (one on each level) and a hot tub.
• A telephone, TV, satellite dish, stereo, VCR, clothes washer and dryer give you all the amenities of home.
• Fax machine.
• DVD player.
• The fully modernized kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
• Cutlery, dishes and linens / bedding are provided.
• The three luxury bedrooms and the cots comfortably sleep 10.
  • Master Bedroom - King size bed, private balcony & cedar chairs overlooking the ocean.
  • Queen bed - The main level bedroom contains a queen size bed.

All linens are provided for each bedroom.

Minimum Booking - Weekly, Sunday to Sunday

Seasonal Rates: $2500 Canadian per week (1-10 people)
Available June 20 to Aug 29

Off Season Rates (before June 20 & after Aug 29): $1500 Canadian per week (1-10 people)

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. All applicable taxes apply. A form will be provided for out-of-country residents to claim refund of 6% GST.
